The only place where Lauren exceeds her knowledge of the real estate market is in her commitment to customer service. With her help, we prepared our home for sale and listed it on a Monday. By Wednesday we had an offer and by Friday, all parties agreed. It is hard to get easier and quicker than that. Yes, the market was hot but we also saw other properties that did not sell nearly as quick as ours. Those owners did not have Lauren ... we did. She also helped us find a new home where her knowledge and service again came to play in our favor.

Lauren Kerr was a pleasure to work with. From the moment I enlisted her help to look for properties, she was relentless in searching for houses in my area of interest. As a first time home buyer, I was reliant on her expertise in evaluating houses and gauging house value. Lauren showed me over a dozen houses giving me insight into the positives and negatives of each house. Lauren was always responsive to my queries and accommodated my requests to view new listings on short notice. 

When I decided to bid on a house she worked with the seller's agent and handled all negotiations on my behalf. She kept in constant contact with the seller's attorney to ensure that all inspection remediations were done by licensed contractors on time.

Wow, where to begin? Working with Lauren was excellent. As a first time homebuyer, finding my first home was an equally exciting and stressful process. Despite doing a lot of my own research, there are just some things that you do not realize about this process until 1) you've owned a home or 2) someone tells you about it. I was fortunate to have Lauren because she was so knowledgeable about different aspects of home ownership and was able to advise me accordingly. 

There were several aspects I was looking for in a home, and it was challenging to find listings that matched these requirements, but Lauren did not disappoint and always worked hard to find houses that fit my criteria. It is important to note that I was in AZ at the time of house hunting in NJ, so I relied on Lauren a lot to find listings that would be worth a cross country flight to come view. I flew from AZ to NJ twice. Both times, Lauren was very accommodating to my strict/limited schedule and ensured the trip was as productive as possible. 

Finally, aside from being great at her job, Lauren was just a pleasant person to be around. Couldn't have asked for a better realtor!

We visited what we thought was our favorite house online and the one we expected to buy and put a little work into, Lauren took one look at the foundation and metal braces holding it up and steered us away, saving us over $100k in work. When we found our current house she was able to get all items on our inspection list corrected and was able to get us a fair price while there was another offer on the table. She is incredibly responsive and was happy to respond to our first-time home buyer questions at 10 pm. We would recommend Lauren to anyone in the area.
